Rules
We built this display to create a fun, immersive experience for everyone. Countless hours (and more money than we'd like to admit!) went into making it happen. Please help us keep it looking great throughout the season by following these simple rules.1. Arrival & Parking
Please drive slowly when entering and leaving the property, and avoid spinning your tires. We want to keep everyone safe and be respectful of our neighborhood. If you're visiting with a large group, please consider carpooling. Fewer vehicles help reduce traffic, make parking easier for everyone, and minimize the impact on our neighbors. If our parking area is full, please park along Herbert Blvd. or Lake Ave. whenever possible. Please do not park in front of our neighbors' homes or block any driveways. We greatly appreciate your help in keeping our neighbors happy while you visit.2. Restrooms
Please note that there are no public restrooms available on the property. We recommend planning accordingly before your visit, especially if you're traveling with young children or larger groups.3. Accessibility
We worked very hard to make this walk-through experience as wheelchair accessible as possible. However, please remember that the display is located in a residential yard, not a paved venue. Some areas may have uneven ground, grass, or slight inclines and declines. We encourage guests using wheelchairs, walkers, or other mobility aids to use caution and, if needed, visit with a companion who can assist. While we do not have designated accessible (handicapped) parking, if you speak with one of our parking attendants upon arrival, we will do our best to make special accommodations whenever possible. While we cannot guarantee every request can be accommodated, we are happy to help however we can.We appreciate your understanding and hope everyone is able to enjoy the experience.4. Be RespectfulPlease do not touch any of the mannequins, props, or displays. Many of the pieces are fragile, custom-built, or one-of-a-kind.As much as we'd love to have a Netflix budget... we don't. 😄 Please help us keep everything intact so everyone can enjoy it.5. Respect the BarriersPlease stay behind all red tape, ropes, and barriers at all times. We absolutely encourage photos and selfies! We intentionally designed the displays so you can get great pictures while remaining outside the restricted areas. If you share your photos on social media, we'd love it if you tagged our Facebook, Instagram or TikTok page!6. Be KindThis event is meant to be fun for everyone. We aren't here to police conversations, but disruptive, rude, or offensive behavior won't be tolerated. Please be respectful of other guests and keep your language family-friendly, especially when children are nearby.7. Children Must Be SupervisedChildren are absolutely welcome, provided they're comfortable with the themes and characters from Stranger Things.Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring children:Do not run through the display.
Do not go over, under, or around barriers.
Do not touch, climb on, or strike the props or displays.
If you think these expectations may be difficult for your child, we kindly ask that you visit another time or make other arrangements.8. Security & SurveillanceThe display is monitored by an extensive surveillance system, including cameras inside the tents.Anyone intentionally damaging property, crossing barriers, stealing, or violating these rules will be asked to leave immediately, and we will pursue any legal remedies available if necessary. That said, we know that 99% of our visitors are amazing people who simply want to enjoy the experience. If you see someone damaging the display or breaking the rules, please let one of our team members know. We'll handle the situation quickly and discreetly. Most Importantly...Have fun, take lots of pictures, make some memories, and enjoy your trip to Hawkins. Thank you for helping us keep Stranger Things on the Boulevard an experience everyone can enjoy all season long!
